If your item is less than 5 years old, we may be able to provide you with an estimate for repair via email from photos and information provided. Helpful photos include:

• close up of any damage
• each angle of the item i.e front, back and sides

Leather Goods 5 years +

If your item is 5 years plus we may need to assess the item physically to enable us to provide you with an accurate quotation. For larger items, like furniture, we will come see you. We endeavour to allocate you an appointment^NB to suit your availability within 7 days from enquiry.
